Since it’s taking so long it’d be best to reveal that we are designing a new website to use. Another One?! This one’s rather fallen apart and is rather… well… ugly. Jeffro and I have been working like house-elves (for you Harry Potter fans out there :D) to get this site up and going. We’re going way out to make sure the new website is completed before we show it to the public unlike this one here.

We’ve spent a lot of time designing and programming the framework itself, where both his log and this website can share common code to where if both the websites can make use of something one of us have programmed we can stick it inside of a folder and include it in each of our scripts. So far we’ve made extensive use of that. Custom error pages will be used for both our benefit and yours (except on Internet Explorer). From that the website is going to make better use of HTTP error codes and messages, so that if an error does erupt from the website Jeff and I can find out quickly what the error is and fix it.

The design took a good while to flesh out because of problems with Internet Explorer. I’m having to feed a separate markup scheme and stylesheet so that it could view similarly to other browsers. It’s not perfect, but nothing that would keep viewers from navigating the website. We are devoting all of our free time that we can spare to this, so there will not be any progress on the next manga page until the website is completed. We feel that the viewers need a better way to view the website before we release another page.
