Whee! I am done with this page after so many days WISHING I could work on it. I also got a bit lazy in showing the progress, so this time around I jumped from Painting Backgrounds straight to completion! Maybe Hiro helped me out :D. I really enjoyed working on this page. It’s not my favorite of ‘em all, but I do like it, especially the 2nd panel.

This is also the last of this chapter. We originally had an idea of this chapter’s being about thirteen pages as it is now, but we did a complete rewrite of the second chapter mid-stride as we saw the direction it was going was pointless and more of a diversion of the overall plot that hasn’t even come into play yet. It ended up being more than twenty pages in length, so we decided to cut it off here. I think it was an excellent decision (it was mine! Ha! *cough*), and I think you will see why it was such a good decision to cut it off here.
